What surfaces can be pressure washed? What surfaces can be soft washed?
Surfaces that can be pressure washed: Decks, wood, driveways and walkways, concrete, brick, patios, fences.
Surfaces that can be soft washed: Vinyl Siding, Aluminum Siding, Cedar Siding, Succo, and Roofs including shingle, Slate and TPO.
Is pressure washing safe for my home’s siding or roof?
We recommend getting your home soft washed instead of pressure washed. Soft washing is the combination of using chemicals and low-pressure cleaning. Using high pressure from a pressure washer can cause damage to a home’s siding.
What kind of equipment and cleaning agents do you use?
Allbrite’s equipment is located on the back of each truck. Our rigs have two pressure washers and are equipped with a soft washing option. Our main cleaning agent is sodium hypochlorite.
Are your pressure washing technicians trained and insured?
Yes, all of Allbrite Pressure Wash, Inc.’s technicians are trained in-house and go through our training program called “Allbrite Academy”. Not only are all our employees trained, they must pass a background check to be employed by Allbrite. Allbrite is licensed and insured (MHIC # 43929).
Will pressure washing damage my plants or landscaping?
We water the plants prior to applying soap, after applying soap we do a final wash with a neutralizer for safe measures.
How often should I have my house washed?
Each property is going to be different. There are many factors that can affect how often you will need to get your house washed. If the house is surrounded by a lot of trees and landscape, it will get dirty faster. The general rule is 18 months – 2 years.
Why is one side of my house dirtier than all the other sides?
The northern side has the least exposure to the sun and stays wet the longest. Algae, mold and mildew thrive in wet areas.
Do I need to be home during the pressure washing process?
You do not need to be home. Our crew is trained to work around your schedule.
Are there any pre-pressure washing preparations that I need to make?
Yes! We have a small checklist for homeowners to complete to ensure you are ready for us to clean- Doors and windows closed and locked, Deck cleared, vehicles out of the driveway and outside water on.
What is your pricing structure and what services are included?
Our sales consultants will provide you with a quote for all surfaces they suggest getting cleaned. You can then pick and choose which items you would like serviced by us. We make sure to keep records of all our quotes, so we can easily provide you with future estimates if needed.

Will pressure washing remove all stains and dirt from my surfaces?
Pressure washing will remove ORGANIC stains. Organic stains include mold, mildew, algae, dirt, and dust.
