We too have been happy using Allbrite for several years. This year, however, when I asked to have my deck cleaned and sealed, they told me they had stopped sealing decks because of the difficulty of scheduling around the weather. So, reluctantly I decided to do it myself. John told me what to buy and how to apply it. After Joe did a great job of cleaning the deck on June 28 I began looking for the stain I needed. I had further questions and his answer lady helped me find the stain on the Home Depot website while I was on the phone with her. Fantastic service! And the deck looks good now! It certainly is hard work though!

We had the guys from Allbright out last week to pressure wash our house, deck, front walk, concrete stairs leading to our basement, and our side of the backyard fence. We also had them put a coat of water seal on the fence. The work was great. The guys that showed up at the house were friendly and professional. They got the done in less time than I expected, and everything looked great. Then, they came back a couple of days later, after the fence had a chance to dry, and put on the water seal. The fence looks really great now, and the house is nice and clean. Definitely a great group to work with.

We had a number of weather delays (snow and hurricane force winds so all legitimate) and each time, the office staff contacted me ahead of time to let me know they would not be able to make it and to find out what day/time would be best for me to reschedule the appointment. I wish all comtractors were as diligent in their follow up.

Very well. Had 2 workers, were done in about 4 hours.

They come out every year and do and check the deck. They charge a little bit more, but they're very good at it.They do have a sense of humor.I use them every year.I just call them. I haven't had any issues. I think there are two or three workers that come out and do the work.

I can't speak more highly of the Allbright team. I worked with them to have my mother's home cleaned which was less than a smooth process despite our collective efforts! Between unplanned road repairs and then curb repairs they made several trips to the house to do the work, to no avail. The entire time they were incredibly responsive, patient and professional with me, eventually completing the job on a Saturday as they knew it was urgent. And the work they did was top notch to boot. It went well. I received a quote for both cleaning and staining. I was able to get all of my questions answered. They obviously know their business. About a week later, as scheduled, the deck was cleaned and power washed. When completed, the deck looked like when I had completed the last staining 2 years ago. I did the staring this time also.
